SAN MARCOS, Calif. - Park University finished its first-ever NAIA Women's Golf National Championship appearance with a team-377 Friday, finishing the 2008 championship in 21^st place ahead of Malone and Tennessee Wesleyan.

Ashley Nicks led the Pirates, who played the final part of their round in a near-downpour at Lake San Marcos Country Club. Nicks shot 92, followed by Roxanne Jensen's 94 and a 95 from Nicole Wiehe.

Allison Vaughn rounded out the team 377 with a 96, while Nicole Ainsworth posted 100 on the tournament's final day.
