2008 -
The 2008 MCAC Defensive Player of the Year appeared and started in 17 games for the Pirates at goalkeeper in ‘08. The 6-0 keeper logged 1,500 minutes in goal for Park and was awarded MCAC Defensive Player of the Week honors on September 15.  Led the Pirates to five shutouts last season, including a 2-0 shutout against No. 3 ranked Southern Nazarene back on October 21, also collected 68 saves on the year for a save percentage of .810. The London, England native completed the 2008 season with a superb 0.96 goals against average.

2007— Earned Region IV Player of the Week honors on Oct. 8…a back-to-back MCAC Defensive Player of the Week honoree in October, acknowledged on the 8th and 15th…clocked in 805 minutes in net…played in ten games and started in eight as a freshman…allowed nine goals, earning a 1.01 goals against average…recorded 25 total saves on the year for a .735 save percentage…finished the season at 5-3.

PERSONAL - Michael Ian Eade was born Aug. 5, 1987…parents are Geoffrey and Elaine…father is a surveyor and mother is a secretary…has two brothers, John (22) and Richard (18)…attended Roding Valley High School in Loughton, Essex…played for head coaches Mr. Bailey at Roding Valley and Marvin Johnson at Luton Town…nicknamed Mad Mick or “E”…chose to attend Park for the soccer program…spent the 2008 summer coaching for Challenger Sports Over the Midwest…is majoring in business administration and finance...Favorite memories of playing at Park include the 2008 NAIA Opening Round game against Baker, in which he saved a penalty kick, also the 2007 National Tournament game against Simon Fraser.
