KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Tim Kloster was announced as an honorable mention selection to the 2016 NAIA Men's Soccer All-American Team, announced Tuesday by NAIA officials in downtown Kansas City.
Kloster had a game high of four assists this season for the Pirates. He scored six goals and assisted seven goals for the Pirates this season.
In the three seasons, Kloster totaled 13 goals and tallied 19 assists in the Pirates uniform. Over the three seasons, he totaled 45 points. His junior year he totaled 18 points and then his senior year he totaled 19 points.
"Tim has been a great team player for us for the past years," said Park coach Efrem Shimlis. "We are happy that has been recognized for his efforts and dedication. He showed up every practice and game ready to help his team and contribute in every way he can."
The Pirates ended the year 8-6-2, and finished in the 2016 American Midwest Conference men's soccer championship quarterfinal round, where the Pirates fell to Lyon College 2-0. Park was also 7-4 in the AMC regular season, finishing in fifth place.
